Services & Payments

Access to funded programs, premium platform features, subscriptions, or paid services is activated only after successful payment or confirmed transaction. Pricing, billing cycles, and renewal details are clearly displayed at checkout. If a payment is unsuccessful, disputed, or reversed, BBVA Ventures reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or revoke Platform access or program participation.

User Conduct

Users must not interfere with, attempt to manipulate, or compromise Platform systems, trading environments, performance monitoring tools, or security infrastructure. Prohibited activities include unauthorized system access, automation abuse, reverse engineering, fraud, market manipulation attempts, data scraping, or any malicious use. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable United States and international legal standards based on service jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the governing legal framework applicable to BBVA Ventures.
